Caramelized Onion Jam
Ingredients
- 100g salted butter
- 8 large brown onions
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 2 tbsp dried mixed herbs
Instructions
- Cut the onions in fine rings and fry in the butter till glassy
- Add all other ingredients and slowly cook till slightly caramelizing
- Cool down and preserve in a glass jam jar
