Stuffed Mushrooms – Willem-Lukas

Description

You will need the following:

Large portabella mushrooms,

feta cheese, chopped garlic, olive oil and

fresh thyme leaves.

Method:

1.In a mixing bowl, mix all the

stuffing ingredients together.

2.Make sure your mushrooms are

clean and there is enough space for

the stuffing. You can cut a little

out.

3.Stuff the mushrooms with the stuffing.

4.With olive oil in your hands, make sure

there’s a little oil on the outsides of each

mushroom.

5.Onto the grid on a medium fire, braai

for about 30 minutes, ensuring it never

gets too hot and burns.
