Light your braai fire, burning your grid to clean, and leave to burn down to medium heat coals.
Create your pizza on the first pizza base.
Put the second pizza base on top of the pizza you created, like a really big pizza sandwich.
Put your braai pizza in your clamp grid, and braai over the medium heat coals till the cheese has melted and the outside has been toasted light brown. Enjoy!!!
