Make a deep cut into your date vertically, to open up like a book.
Put the peanut butter in a icing tube, and squeeze a squiggle line in the cut of the date.
Dip the snicker date half way into the chocolate spread.
Sprinkle a little bit of salt flakes over.
Leave in freezer overnight to harden.
