Hot smoked trout & Asparagus pasta
Ingredients
- 250 g Hot smoked trout fillet
- 100 g Asparagus, fresh
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic, finally chopped
- 1 tbsp Chilli relish
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cups Penne pasta
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil, add pasta and a pinch of salt and cook till soft.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and then add the asparagus. Cook 5 minutes till al dente.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic and chilli relish together.
- Either leave the Trout fillet whole, or pull apart to mix into the pasta.
- Mix all together, garnish with parsley and a slice of lemon.
