Bulgar wheat Tabbouleh salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked Bulgar wheat
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow and red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup soaked and cooked chickpeas
- 250g cherry tomatoes, in quarters
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 3 rings feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 lemon's juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
