Bulgar wheat Tabbouleh salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked Bulgar wheat
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yellow and red peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup soaked and cooked chickpeas
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, in quarters
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 3 rings feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
