Berry Oats Smoothie on the Go

Ingredients
  

  • 500ml full cream plain kefir or yogurt
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 6 raw almonds
  • 1 handful frozen berries of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add the kefir or yogurt, rolled oats and nuts in the blender-cup and leave in the fridge overnight to soak.
  • The next morning, add the berries and extra yogurt if too thick, and blend till smooth.
