Gay’s mozzarella cheese is a soft cheese made with only the finest pasture- raised dairy. Perfect as a pizza topping, toasted sandwich or to make a beautiful caprese salad with Familiér vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil.

No artificial preservatives, stabilisers or colourants added.

Ingredients:

Unpasteurised full cream milk, microbial rennet, kosher culture.
