Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen pineapple
- 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen mango
- 2 Previously peeled, cut and frozen bananas
- 1 cup Young leaf spinach
- 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice, milk or coconut milk
Instructions
- Put the seeds into a bullet or normal blender, and blend till just broken. (You can also leave them in water overnight to activate, and then add to the smoothie)
- Put all the other ingredients in with the seeds, blend till smooth, and enjoy!
