Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen pineapple
  • 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen mango
  • 2 Previously peeled, cut and frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Young leaf spinach
  • 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice, milk or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Put the seeds into a bullet or normal blender, and blend till just broken. (You can also leave them in water overnight to activate, and then add to the smoothie)
  • Put all the other ingredients in with the seeds, blend till smooth, and enjoy!
