Broccoli Macadamia Salad with a Cumin Yogurt dressing

Course Salad


  • 3cupsbroccoli steamed
  • 1cup natural or Greek plain yogurt
  • 1tspcumin powder
  • 1/2tsp Himalayan salt fine
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 3cloves garlicchopped
  • 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cupbroken macadamia nut pieces roasted
  • 1/4 cupmixed seeds of choice roasted
  • 250g feta cheese


  • Place the steamed broccoli into a pretty flat dish
  • Mix together for the dressing: the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil
    Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli.
  • Sprinkle over the dish first the feta, then the seeds, and finally the roasted macadamia nuts.
