Broccoli Macadamia Salad with a Cumin Yogurt dressing
- 3 cups broccoli steamed
- 1 cup natural or Greek plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt fine
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup broken macadamia nut pieces roasted
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds of choice roasted
- 250g feta cheese
- Place the steamed broccoli into a pretty flat dish
- Mix together for the dressing: the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle over the dish first the feta, then the seeds, and finally the roasted macadamia nuts.
