Broccoli Macadamia Salad with a Cumin Yogurt dressing

Course Salad


  • 3 cups broccoli steamed
  • 1 cup natural or Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt fine
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup broken macadamia nut pieces roasted
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds of choice roasted
  • 250g feta cheese


  • Place the steamed broccoli into a pretty flat dish
  • Mix together for the dressing: the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil
    Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli.
  • Sprinkle over the dish first the feta, then the seeds, and finally the roasted macadamia nuts.
