Green Mango Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen pineapple
- 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen mango
- 2 Previously peeled, cut and frozen bananas
- 1 cup Young leaf spinach
- 1/2 cup Orange juice, milk, coconut milk or water
Instructions
- First put the seeds in the blender to break them. You can also leave them in water overnight to activate them.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, blend till smooth and enjoy!
