Green Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen pineapple
  • 1 Previously peeled, cubed and frozen mango
  • 2 Previously peeled, cut and frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Young leaf spinach
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice, milk, coconut milk or water

Instructions
 

  • First put the seeds in the blender to break them. You can also leave them in water overnight to activate them.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, blend till smooth and enjoy!
