Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 4Whole figs, Frozen or fresh, peeled
  • 1/3 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Seed mix: sunflower, pumpkin, chia, flax
  • 1 Banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Pre-frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 Bottle SOGA frozen orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 Sprout of fresh mint
  • 2 Fresh strawberries, Halved

Instructions
 

  • Blend together in a blender or Bullet the fresh and frozen fruit, olive oil, SOGA juice and some of the seed mix.
  • Poor into a bowl, and sprinkle over the rest of the seeds and the coconut flakes.
  • Decorate with fresh mint and fresh strawberries. ENJOY!
