Iced Mocha


  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee beans
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a solid tea strainer with very fine mesh


  • Place the ground coffee into a tea strainer and place into a jug with the boiling water in it. Let the coffee brew for 20 minutes.
  • Poor the coffee into a bowl, and add the cacao powder, maple syrup and a drop of water, and whisk till smooth.
  • Poor the mixture into a pretty glass, add the ice cubes, and enjoy!
